An Italian restaurant that offers quality cuisine at modest prices in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Yes, a restaurant down "the shore" serving actual good food that you don't have to surrender your family to do the dishes. What I absolutely love about this restaurant, besides the delicious food and warm service, is they are a genuine restaurant. I had grown used to being served mediocre food, by an inexperienced hung over college student, and then paying as if Wolfgang Puck had personally cooked my meal in front of me. I always resented that where ever I dined down the shore, I was made to feel at the mercy of the restaurant, as in "we know it's horrendous also, but you have no choice, now pay our outrageous prices."That is the defining difference about Marabella's: they take pride in their work and don't overcharge for food and service that is normally granted outside the shore area. With BYOB, great food, great service, good prices, Marabella's may be the best restaurant down the shore.

Marabella's in Stone Harbor is one of the locals' favorite places to eat (or grab some quick takeout.) If you choose to eat-in, it's BYOB. Start with the calimari, bruschetta, or a fried provolone appetizer! YUM! Or try the award-winning crab bisque. The traditional Italian entrees - lasagna, crab manicotti, linguini tutta mare, ravioli with greens, or even good old spaghetti & meatballs - are outstanding. Everything is HOMEMADE! The seafood is always fresh and delicious (I recommend the special) and there are kid-friendly options for the bambinos as well. For dessert, try the homemade canolis, tiramisu, or chocolate mousse, and don't forget to end the night with an "I feel like I'm in Sicily" espresso, Italian coffee, or cappuccino. On top of the awesome food, the service is excellent as well. Being a "family restaurant," Marabella's goes the extra mile to treat their customers like family, so every guest gets to experience a family dinner at mom's house...I highly recommend it!!
