Absolutely worst experience. I had a service call on Oct.1st for a garage door repair. I was told a replacement part would be ordered. 30days went by and no one would ever get back to us on when they would replace. No call and no response to multiple voicemails. Spoke to the owner at 45days out who apologized and assured me it would get taken care of and would call me right back with a quote. 60 days from initial service call and still no one will call me back to make the repair and they still have my door remote.
