She created True Evolution as a trauma-informed soul-centered personal development system delivered in private, small group and retreat experiences. She has worked with clients from ages 13-85. She blends ancient wisdom with modern science to create individualized and personalized programs that support healing and well-being for mind, body, spirit and soul. Her life has been shaped by trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and depression, and she has created a substance-free, medication-free approach to healing. She uses her own healing journey to inspire others and create spaces and experiences for personal evolution."
