Not highly recommended at this time. The apartments are comfortable but do not reflect taxpayer funded upkeep and maintenance. Some apartments have carpet and tile 30 years old. Stoves are worn out with ovens that no longer cook reliably. Housekeeping and maintenance are poor with staff allowed to cheat on time worked. The managers that have been hired have bad managerial skills, are lazy, and incompetent. One manager only worked 6 months and was working to make the residents apartments more comfortable. She was fired when she started to spend money. The heat/air units are dangerous because they have no thermostat. This makes it unadvisable to turn heat on and go to sleep or leave. The apartment will dangerously overheat. With the owners ignoring the property and poor quality staff to live in the building is stressful.
