Terrible customer service! The person who answers the phones sounds like she hates her job. Speaking with her always sounded like she would much rather be doing anything else. On one of those calls I was irritated about an issue and called to complain. The lady just kept talking over me, even when I agreed with her, and was trying to explain myself and ask a question, she just kept talking over me and then hung up on me. When I call back to speak to a manager about her lack of customer service she hung up on me again. When you offer a service to people who are trying to handle the troubles of an accident, and who are stressed out about that event in their life, you should have greater care with the people who have had to deal with such unfortunateness. I hope never to have to have anything to do with this service again.

This company is a rip-off!! The thug, because he is definatly not a "Tow Operator", that came out to tow my sons tractor trailer was verbally abusive to myself and my son. He had the balls to tell my son,while my son was in his truck, to shut the f**k up and turn off his vehicle off and get out because he was going to have him arrested for being upset because of the situation. When did wrecker drivers become law enforcement?? It is bad enough to find that your vehicle is about to be towed, then you have to come in contact with one of these idiots that make matters worse. This guy was a "Drama Queen"!!! He said that it was his day off and they called him to do the tow....Whats up with that??? Does Swanson only have one wrecker driver???? If he knew that he was on call for the night, then why was he so pissed about being called out to do his job?? Maybe he needs to find another job?! We need to get idiots like this out of positions where they come in contact with real human beings and off our roads. Spread the word about Swansons Wrecker Service and maybe they will get an badly needed attitude adjustment or go out of business!!
