I would give this place a negative score if I could. Their office has all the tricks and gimmicks to entertain kids, but it is just that--a gimmick. The lack of professionalism, blatant disrespect that was directed toward myself, and the lies and excuses they gave to try and cover up their incompetence was astounding.

I never write reviews, good or bad, but I have written a novel about my dealings with this office. Unfortunately, it's too large to post it here.

To my neighbors!! Please, spare yourself and your kids the horror of dealing with these people. Incompetence abounds in this place!

Horrible. If your child has any sort of aprehension about the dentist you should take them somewhere else. These doctors have terrible chairside manner. They do absolutley nothing to put your childs mind at ease. They don't even introduce themselves or ask your kid how they are doing. No smiles. Just pain. Dr. Brian made my daughter cry and told her she was being a baby. A 5 year old boy was screaming the whole time we were there. He was taken to a different room but we could still hear him and it made me sick. I will never take my child here again.
