I am very upset after my experience with the lack of respect and customer service I experienced in your store yesterday. 12/13/13. And surprised to be told that when I asked to speak to the store manager, the man told me he was the manager! I have worked in retail for several years and I know what customer service is and how a customer should be treated! However, I, being the customer, was treated first of all, like a liar, then worse than an unwanted piece of trash! He was rude, to say the least. He raised his voice, slammed things down on the shelf, and told me that the customer IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! his actions lost you a customer! And I promise I WILL tell everyone I know about my experience! And that will potentially lose you ever more customers! It's beyond me how that store continues to stay in business period! His name is CHRIS. He's a tall, big, black man. If I should even call him a man.

At 7:00pm on June 1,2013 I left your store disgusted. The young "young ladies" and I use that term lightly, we're the worse employees ever. I tried to overlook their descriptive gossip about parties, boys, and other very loud gossip. I searched the store trying to tune out their discussion and lack of sales help. However, when they began a game of "trash talk the young mother headed into our store" I couldn't take it. I assumed with the presence of children, they might stop the inappropriate discussion. Nope. As I went to leave, they said,"come again." I confronted them, and explained that I would be contacting the management over their behavior. I would look into this.
