I'm so happy at Little Scholars! I have been taking my children there for years. My children literally run to their teachers arms when I drop them off. They are in the Orange and Berry rooms. All of those teachers are fabulous! I feel comfortable leaving them there as I know they are in great hands with Miss Michele and Miss Patience. They potty trained both of my children and do a good job at being consistent. I believe they have them on a 2 hr schedule. My children are always bringing home art that they do and are always so excited to show me. Turnover is no different than any other daycare and I do have a lot of friends at other centers and we talk. Not to mention Little Scholars is a lot larger then other centers which means they are in need of a lot more staff. I know other centers only have a few spots, like 8. I believe that between the two Little Scholars buildings, they have like 45 infant spots! The office staff and Tonya the owner has always been really easy to talk to. I have always been able to get a hold of Angie or Taylor if I need someone. The billing process has always been smooth for all the years that I have been there. But, then again “I pay” my tuition. I’ve read other posts about parents having all these billing issues, but it’s probably because they are not paying. They say that Tonya’s all about money, but that is so far from the truth. I have never met another nicer person. If she calls someone for money, then isn’t it obvious it’s probably because “they didn’t pay”. With centers as large as hers, she needs “paying parents”. After all, at the end of the day, it is a “business”. My payments get automatically pulled out of my checking account every Thursday like clockwork. Yes she does charge me even if the center is closed for a holiday, but I am given 10 free days per child that I can use on those days if I choose. I feel blessed to have my children attending and getting their education from Little Scholars.

I take my 2 girls to Little Scholars Beginnings. I feel so comfortable leaving my girls there because the teachers are so loving and caring. They are so nurturing and are always doing activities with them. The teachers plan a nice structured day with a lot of activities. I am always so amazed at how much they are learning and progressing and it’s all due to the teachers at Little Scholars! They run it just like a school. The teachers do lesson plans (even with the infants); they set educational goals for both of my girls and have parent/teacher conferences. The Little Scholars Beginnings center has been open for over 6 years and still looks brand new. I know the owner, Miss Tonya, has been in business for over 15 years though. You can tell her centers are “privately” owned, unlike other large centers, because it has her warm and inviting personal touch. Miss Ashlee, the Director, is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When my oldest child went through a biting phase, Miss Ashlee worked with the teachers and parents and smoothly worked through it until it was no longer an issue. Very professional! The center is always very clean and beautiful inside. It has a large wooden castle playground inside, which my daughters love! They also have beautiful individual baby suites with chandeliers for each individual baby, which I love! Very elegant!

I am a single father and my 2 yr old has been going to Little Scholars since she was just a baby at 6 wks old. I have been to other centers with my older child and Little Scholars is the best by far! I've never been happier! Little Scholars teachers are committed to teaching. They're energetic and involve her in activities so she's never bored. At pick up time she is always so excited to show me what she’s done and the teachers always share with me how her day was. I have even dropped in randomly multiple times to see the teachers off-guard and every time they were always engaged in activities. They were either singing and dancing, reading books, cuddling or playing games. I can really tell that the teachers love working there. Being a single dad, when I first started I felt like I was juggling multiple things in my life and I had a lot of questions. Miss Angie, (who was the infant teacher at the time but is now the Director) was extremely helpful with any issues that came up. Sometimes I have to change my schedule and the office girls are always very nice about it. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond by making my life easier & worry free. Little Scholars even offers “Date Night” for free so I can have an occasional night out without worrying about child care. I know I don’t have to worry when I leave my little girl each day because I know she feels safe and is getting quality care at Little Scholars. The center itself is really cool and inviting to children. It has large open classrooms that are painted to look like stores. My little girl is in Santa’s Workshop. They have a very large indoor playground so my daughter has a lot of room to move through-out the day. In the 2 yrs that I’ve been there, I’ve told a couple of friends that were not happy where they were taking their children so they switched to Little Scholars. They are just as happy as I am and said they don’t ever what to leave Little Scholars either. Little Scholars is a really good center!

Mine & my daughters first ever experience working with daycare- she had attended child care here for about 4 months before we made the decision to immediately remove her. Within the first 2 weeks of attendance my child was bit 4/5x by another child one of which left a bruise and nothing was done to prevent this from repeatedly happening, picking her up daily she would have boogers all over her face dried up and some wet, always starving as if she hadn't ate all day and her juice cup would still be completely full sitting in her cubby as if she was never offered anything to drink during the day. We have been potty training for the last two months and have made multiple efforts to remind staff to ask her more often/place her on the big girl potty to try to create a routine. Each day when we receive her daily notes we see most days she is only changed/asked if she has to go to the bathroom twice over an 8/ 8 1/2 HOUR day, sometimes 3x all of which she was wet or pooped due to lack of effort by staff to help us potty train. We made the decision to immediately remove my daughter from their care when I picked her up one day & had noticed HER HAIR WAS CUT. I have never cut her hair and wouldn't expect someone I am paying to watch/educate my child to make that decision for me. When I informed an advisor they said they would look into it and a couple hours later she informed me that the staff had all came to an agreement that her hair definitely looked as if it was cut but when interviewed no one admitted to cutting it so it must have happened while she was at home or in someone else's care. My daughter only goes to and from day care on a daily basis but I was assured that they did not do it. If I brought my daughter to daycare as usual and her hair was fine and then noticed it was cut immediately upon picking her up it was clearly cut while she was at daycare & cut to frame her face. Her hair was cut by a "teacher" at little scholars. STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS DAYCARE

it all sounds great the tour is impressive but once you are in you quickly realize its a sham. Do not leave your children there unless you have no other option. If you notice there are no bad reviews anywhere and hardly any good reviews , because there aren't many of those on a business that's been around for many years, there should be SOMETHING ? Pretty sure the owner has them erased on a regular basis, which is understandable, I wouldn't want it known either. But it leads to false advertising. Fix the issues at hand , good reviews will follow.
