Throughout the whole process, their staff was professional, courteous, informative, and did not any use high pressure tactics. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile and offered something to drink. When we were stuck between two models, they let us take them both out again just to be sure we knew what we wanted. When we wanted to discuss something, they gave us time and space to discuss it alone. They were very reasonable and we were able to negotiate a price and financial package that really worked for us. We got a great price and world class customer service. We worked directly with Mac Weinstein and he was great! We couldnt be happier with our experience at Lindsey VW.

I was very well taken care of by your staff. Harry was my salesman, he helped me pick out my car. He was very thorough explaining paperwork, what/why I was signing each form. He explain the car when he took me on a test drive. He carefully explained all the acessories when I picked up my car. He called me to see if I had any questions the next day. I got another call 2 days later to make sure I was satisfied with my car and asked if I had any questions. Everyone treated me exellantly. I will reccomend Harry and Lindsey VW to all my family and friends. Thanks you for a beautiful car and I am so excited about all of it's functions. We ordered a part from Lindsay, and they got the wrong part in. They ordered the correct part, then changed the date it was supposed to arrive FOUR TIMES. We still don't have our part. Their parts department has NO IDEA what they are doing. If they had told us it would be this long, we would have gone somewhere else that could SUCCESSFULLY order this part. My daughter has been without a car for 2 WEEKS because of these people.
