They believe they are above everyone acting like sovereign citizens by blocking the delivery of mail. under Title 18 subsection 1701 Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. They are on a count of 30 plus offenses. They treat people like lower class civilians because they work in low income housing. Out of fear no one will say anything for they may be evicted from their home. This mob mentality has to stop and they should be fine or in jail for braking this crime. If this was a gated community and you blocked their mail box for 30 plus days you all would be in jail paying fines but they are low income housing and they don't matter to this company. Never hire sovereign citizens.
