Was promised to be the first passenger in a brand new Range Rover limo that fit 13 people, however when the limo showed up at 8:01PM (technically late) and the doors were opened, door moldings had fallen off and there were scuff marks on the TVs, LED bulbs were out of sequence or not working correctly at all. It was very clear this limo was NOT brand new, and we were NOT the first passengers in there even after we were promised we would be. We also could barely fit 11 people in the vehicle. I called to discuss this with Mike, who had someone else call me back and tell me that we must be "big boys" if we couldn't fit 13 people, and that he would have Mike call me about the other issues. I waited a few days but got no response from Mike. I called again and got ahold of Mike who promised me he would go personally look at the vehicle and get back to me, this was 6 days ago. I've called every day since and they're refusing to answer the phone when my number is on the caller ID. I've called from another phone and they picked up right away and refuse to do anything about the problems. They've hung up on me and will now not answer any of the 3 numbers I've been calling from at all.

Whet out over the weekend me and my friends had a good time. rob the driver knows what he is doing and where he is going.

If there was a 0 I would have used it. This is a horrible company they absolutely ruined my wedding. The vehicles they have listed on there website are not what they send. We used them for my bachelor party and the party bus was horrible nasty and run down. I then saw pictures of the Rolls Royce Limo on there website. First of all they are charging you as if this is an actual ROLLS ROYCE this is nothing more then an old Lincoln with a really bad body kit the doors would not close and emissions were seeping into the limo through the speakers. NO JOKE WE HAVE VIDEO. Also the air did not work an it was a HOT day and we had to have the windows down but could not or else more exhaust would seep in. We had to call Rochester Limo to send us out a party bus last minute and they SAVED THE DAY there party bus was AMAZING!!!!!!! Ill say it again AMAZING!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM XPRESS LIMO

I use Xpress limo all the time for several different occasions. Wether it is simply going to a sporting event downtown, concerts, or just out to dinner with friends and family. Xpress Limo is a very reliable limo company. They have very nice, clean limos. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. The driver we had was great very friendly. He always was making sure we were all having a good time and if there was anything he could do to better our ride. Very reliable company always on time picking up and dropping off. Very reasonable on pricing especially with having such nice limos. Once again I would recommend this company to anyone that needed a simple fun night out in town or for a special night to remember for a life time.

I rented a limousine from Xpress Limousine Co and was impressed with the limousine and the service. It was a terrific white stretch, it was extremely clean and the driver arrived on-time. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonable price and a great ride.
