      Silver Linings Counseling is an affirming & supportive mental health practice that strives to help you navigate through any and all of life’s difficulties through individual, couples, and family counseling. We seek to help you create change in your life so you can feel happy and healthy within it. We believe change is achieved through emotional support, healthy perspective, and hard work. Because life can be daunting and trying at times, our goal is to help you find the silver lining in any situation. If the challenges in your life feel like they are overwhelming, we encourage you to take the time for yourself to seek solutions and support with us. Our services include counseling for depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, parent-child issues, and behavioral issues, just to name a few. We specialize in play therapy, Christian counseling, LGBTQ-affirming counseling, and older-adult counseling.
