Saying that you are open Mon-Friday and open on Saturday is pretty lame for hours. Like what hours of the day are you open?

Nice location,unfortunately the lone clerk working was basically unfamiliar with most of what I would have assumed to be the requirements for the position.A simple matter of how to label a package stumped him cold.Kinda like, "Gee,I wouldn't know something like that,why don't you try UPS as ,they might know".All a bit sad and "yes", UPS did know and they now have the package.Then the US Post Office is wondering about why their mail business is down 30+%.
