DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME... The customer service was like nothing I had ever experienced. I called the store at 8:40 in the morning, a gentleman answered the phone, I asked him what time the store opened and he stated that the doors would be opened in 15/20 minutes. I jumped in my car and headed over there with child in tow. I got there at 9:25 and the door was locked. The sign on the door said that the store opens at 8:30 Monday thru Friday. I saw the gentleman sitting at the counter, I knocked on the door and he looked over at me but didn't move. A minute later, I saw him pick up the phone to make a phone call. I began knocking on the door again and he looked over at me standing outside and yelled "hold on". I mentioned that when I called he told me the store opened at 9 o'clock, why hasn't he come over to open the door yet. It's January in NYC and I'm standing outside in the freezing cold with my daughter and this man refuses to get up out of his seat and unlock the door. He had the audacity to say "hold on a minute, don't aggravate me this morning". I have been a resident of Staten Island all of my life and NEVER had I EVER been so DISRESPECTED by a store owner. I refuse to ever do business there. I walked away and drove over to STAR SUPPLY store (about 5 minutes away). The service was impecable, the prices was reasonable and I walked out of that store feeling good about every item purchased. The owner was so nice, he placed orders for all of the items that was not in the store and ensured that they would be delivered in time for my event that is taking place in 5 days.



I have already informed family & friends of the horrible service received at this store and I hope that the readers take heed to the reviews. STAY AWAY!

If you check google reviews, you'll see I'm not the only one who found their service to be unacceptable.
