      Im sure you know customer service is the key to your success. Remember its your employees that make the business! I would like to suggest the book Customers for life by Carl Sewell for all of your servers. With the customer service I was given tonight I will not return to your restaurant. Being a Thursday night it was not busy, but I felt I was imposing on your wait staff to take care of us. They were not friendly! In addition, we waited about a half hour if not longer to cash out our check. What, she was on break??? Yes, everyone deserves a break, BUT I have been in customer service for over 15 years and I would never treat a customer like I was treated tonight. When she finally approached our table she really could have cared less that we had been waiting. There was no apology for the wait!! Just a here you go. I find no class in a here you go, really? If you are trying to set yourself apart from your competition your servers arent helping your business.
