I came to Advanced automotive after my car overheated. The owner recommended that I get a whole new radiator. He charged me four hundred dollars to put some coolant, new radiator (which is only 100), plus labor, tax, and did a thermostat test. This all should have only been two hundred dollars! told him I was from out of town, and the man took advantage that I am a woman who doesn't know much about cars. All the while he was very convincing pretending that he wanted to do right for his customers. The next day I take my car back because he told me he found another leak in the bypass hose to the thermostat. The owner wanted 250 more to finish fixing everything! I asked for my car back and took it across the street where it only cost me 25 dollars, instead of 250!
