Provided by YP.comWe didn’t even know about this company when we moved to the area (although we should have gone with them from the beginning as we live on the same road!) but are so glad we found them! *Former* Pitstop Fuel customers - Sebago took us on with SAME DAY delivery during that cold snap! Such kind people... thank you x a million! Would absolutely recommend!

Provided by YPmobileThis company is a bunch of saints, when Pitstop shut themselves off to the rest of the world. How disguesting. Sebago Energy - They delivered oil to customers that were not even theirs. They are the kindest or friendless company. They are taking on new customers and are nothing like Pitstop you leave a message and you either get a call back within a hour or by the end of the day, after you place your for oil, you get your delivery within the next day or two. This company cares about people not the number of customers or calls. Again thank you Sebago Energy, I would recommend this company to anyone!!!! Nice work.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give zero stars, I would. Sebago Energy is a the most terrible company I've ever dealt with. We asked twice for the contracts to arrange payments, and they never came, even though the office said they were sent twice. Finally, we couldn't wait anymore, so called for an oil delivery. We left a check on our side door. Apparently, the driver thought the check was post-dated. It was not--he just misread it, and didn't deliver any oil. He took the check with him for some reason. I called the office, and she apparently sent him back to our home with the check. He put it in our side door, but I was home so I went and got it. As I'm looking at it, reconfirming the check was NOT post-dated, he began screaming at me that he wasn't stealing my check and was pissed he came out to our home twice because of it. I told him it was not post-dated and read the date on it to him. He looked embarrassed, and drove away. I immediately called the office to clarify my check was not post-dated, and relay the ridiculousness of the driver. She did not apologize, but told me they would deliver oil that afternoon. They never showed up. My husband called, and the screaming driver answered the phone, and informed my husband he wasn't delivering that day, and "didn't care what the lady in the office said." He then promised to deliver the following morning at 7AM. Again, he didn't show up. My husband called the office and asked if he was coming. The woman said she thought so. My husband asked why he hadn't shown up when he said he would, and she said "she couldn't speak for him." Again, no apology. The driver finally called at 9:30, and he was just at that point fueling his truck! By this point, we were out of oil and without heat, so somebody had to be home to let him in to prime the pump, and my husband had to stay home from work so he could so! He finally showed up at close to 11 AM. We were out of oil and our house was freezing. Simply the most ridiculous, unprofessional "business" I've ever encountered.
This never happened. This seems to be some type of false statement from a customer that went to court for theft of services.
