Representative types of immigration cases that we handle: PERM-based employment green cards (special focus on EB2 Masters and Equivalencies), EB2 exceptional ability green cards for individuals without a Masters' degree Non-PERM based employment green cards (EB1 extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, EB2 national interest waiver, DOL Schedule A occupations (including aliens of exceptional ability in the sciences or arts), investor green cards Family-based green cards (through marriage and other family relationships). Our firm also handles the full range of temporary visas (H-1B, L-1, O, P, E1/E2, etc.), issues arising at consulates worldwide, 601 waivers for prospective permanent residents, 212(d)(3) waivers for temporary visas, unlawful presence / fraud issues / criminal history, and corporate immigration compliance and risk management for employers of foreign nationals.
