We had baked lasagna dinners, the salads were fresh and the gomba dressing was fabulous. I like in Jacksonville and travel a lot into the Tampa / St. Pete area and I will be back

Best Pizza on the Beach!!!!!

My wife and I had dinner at Shapardo's. I had Baked Rigatoni and My Wife had Baked Lasagna and both was the best that we have ever had, we're from St. Louis, Mo and there is a lot of Italian restaurants there that are tops, including Canetto's on the hill but this is better and a lot cheaper. We will go back before we leave.

My wife and I was in today and I ordered Baked Rigatoni and my Wife ordered Baked Lasagna and we both loved everything about our orders. The service was excellent, plus the atmosphere was also great. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

We just had a large pizza delivered to our motel room and the pizza was fabulous, the thin cracker like crust was great. The ingredients ware fresh and the sausage was ground and cooked before they put it on the pizza so it's not full of grease like most pizza places. We will order from them again.....

Picked up dinners last night that consisted of Veal Marsala, Chicken Marsala, Veal parmigiana, all of them with out a doubt was the best that we have ever had. I live in St. Louis, Mo and we have some excellent Italian Restaurants there and this place is even better then Canetto's on the hill, and a lot cheaper. I highly recommend this place!

We dined at Shapardo's, there was 6 of us and we all had something different. The pasta is homemade the sauses was excellent, we also had pizzas and they were also excellent, thin crust, the pizza sause was falulous, the ingredents are under the cheese to keep the flavor within and it does, the pizza was cooked just right, light and crispy. The service was excellent also, nice Italian looking decor. Iread the other review and it turns out the that person works for superpages, but yet Shapardo's has there web site through that company, nothing like slaping your own customers.

Ordered takeout from these folks. Pizza was average at best (disappointing) "Garlic bread" was tasteless and expensive, salad was made with wilted lettuce and soupy dressing. Cook was making sarcastic remarks to the host about having to put this order together quickly, as they forget to have it ready after 35 minutes. Place was completely empty at 6:30PM. What a shock.
