I called the shop while on vacation to have micro braids done. The owner, Kim indicated she had a girl there that could. I say for 6 hours and 300$ and it was a shoddy job. The braids were unraveling, my own hair was sticking out of the braids and the simple 3 strand braid was atrocious. When I called I got treated horribly, told I could only get 1/2 my money back and the shops owner played the "I have no control" card along with accusing me of blackmail. DO NOT use this place - they will blame you if there is a problem and refuse to make things right.
I've had Kym cut my hair each time I was in, and always leave satisfied. Appointments are always easy to get and the salon is spotless. My experience has been excellent everytime I've been in. Great job Kym!! I will see you soon!!
