My husband and I used this payday loan business when we found ourselves in a financial bind. We knew very little about the service, and needed to borrow $250.00, and intended to pay it back in total on a certain day. Before the day arrived, we had some major car trouble and needed to repair our auto, so we called the manager and made arrangements to pay the loan in 4 equal payments, which we did. The manager seemed very friendly, but remarked that what we did was terrible, but when asked why, she didn't answer. Aprox 6 months later, we again needed some cash, so we went to another company. We found out we had been put into the credit bureau, even though we paid the loan in full. My husband asked the new company if they would call payday to find out what the problem was, and the manager replied that she "had nothing but trouble with us" and had a hard time getting her payment every month. We were shocked, and upset at this slanderous report and don't understand why it was said.
