Yesterday afternoon I broke a crown and was in pain all night and unable to tolerate any hot or cold drinks and unable to chew. I called Elite Smiles this morning and even though they were booked they made room for me immediately. They ground off the surfaces and made a new crown while I was there. Because it was a molar they heat treated it which took about 30 minutes extra. Thanks to them I was able to eat lunch and back to normal except except for the numbness which took a while to wear off. This is not my first experience with Dr. Freeman since it was only two months ago that the rear molar on my left side had a cavity in the rear below the gum line that was only visible on X-ray. I thought I was going to have to have a root canal or have the tooth pulled but Dr Freeman made a special crown that would fit in the area that was removed and save the tooth and or a lot of $$$ for a root canal. He has the crown making machine in his office so you can have a new crown made and installed in the same appointment so you don't have to wait while they send it off to be made while you wear a plastic temp crown. I am probably running out of room so I will end with this - I am 64 years old and have been to many dentist over the years including having braces twice not to mention the 3 kids I have sent to dentist but there is one thing I can say this without any reservation that this is one of the most professional, dedicated and friendly dental offices that I have ever been to. Dr. Freeman is fantastic and has gone out of his way to take care of me and our family and I appreciate him and he staff in the way they run their office and ability.
