He graduated from Both Washington and Georgetown Universities. he was the chief Resident of the Dept of Opthalmology at the Georgetown University Medical Center. He is affiliated with the INOVA Fairfax Hospital and the INOVA Woodburn Surgical Center. He is proficient in Spanish and he is Board Certified by the American Board of Opthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Opthalmology.
