      I've filed a couple claims before and everything was handled great. I like how I'm always being updated on coverage options and how I could potentially save money.

      My parents had home and car insurance with FBI and I felt like I could trust them as an agency to represent me. They've been good.

      They're a really easy company to work with. I not only use them for my own insurance, but also work in a body shop where I have to file claims with them for customers. They make it really easy and as stress free as possible.
