I had a procedure on July 14th 2017 with Dr. Davis L. Sim, MD.From the time I walked into to reception until I walked out I was tested with respect and dignity. Starting with the young man (nurse) didn't get his name, that set me up in my room and brought me an ice pack for my menopausal hot flash, to the nurses that attended from that point on. Courteous, thoughtful and easy to talk to. They did a great job helping to keep my mind off the very personal procedure and helped me be relaxed about it. Dr. Sim was courteous and very thoughtful as well. He made sure I understood before hand and after.All in all, for what the visit was for, and it was my first time, it was a good experience.
