Worst company I have ever done business with. They installed a Septic years ago, they left a Sorry We Missed You note on door saying things needed fixed. Left a cell number. Been trying to call for the last 2 years - never get an answer and never get a call back. Cell has been disconnected now also.

Paid $6700 cash (only because that's all they accepted) for an alternating leach field and pump to be installed. Cannot get a hold of them to come out for any type of service of repair. They don't even return phone calls. They wife once returned a call back in December and screamed at me because I wanted them to hold true to their agreement. She is the RUDEST person I've ever had the DISPLEASURE of speaking with. Finally Rick called me back with an attitude and literally just asked, "Well what do you want me to do?" I tried to call his cell phone number I was given so as to avoid further issues with his wife and it is disconnected. My wife and I have left numerous messages on their machine that we were in serious need of help. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Dooley Septic Pro is coming out today to fix issues that should have been repaired when the original job was done.
