I have used Mr. Handy many times over the past 20 years for furnas, fridge, and stove parts and they always have been very helpful and cared more about helping the customer than selling parts. Everyone I've met says they were very helpful. They have earned the loyalty of their customers. Thankyou!

The lady working there knows her stuff. She gave me very detailed instructions on how to fix my dryer in the past. I have an older model and she knew exactly how to take the thing apart and repair it.

Our family has used Mr Handy for more than a decade -- every time, we get good advice/instructions on how to install the part we're buying. Very honest, ethical service -- and as busy as the shop is, the woman behind the counter has gone over-and-above to look for parts for us (one time, a part for a 40-year-old washing machine...) Wish I could give 10 stars for service, and for patience!

They have helped me find parts many times over the past 10 years. They are always helpful and friendly and know about the parts. And they have reasonable prices and don't overcharge like many places do for electrical parts. I only wish they were open on Mondays. I have been using them for years and have always been happy with the service !

I love this store! The staff is extremely knowledgable and will spend time with you to help you find the right solution to your repair problem. They are the friend of everyone on a budget. I have kept my 20-year old dryer working because of them. How can I say it? It's almost as though they aren't out to make a profit--which keeps me coming back. Where else do they have the felt strips my dryer tumbler rests on in stock? They are a real asset to Springfield.
