I had the worst experience of my life here, I left almost in tears. I had beautiful nails before going here and all I needed was a fill on SOLAR nails. Sheila did an acrylic fill instead of the gel for Solars and then PAINTED with WHITE NAIL POLISH my tips....I have white polish streaming down my nail, a hair stuck to the nail and my pinky nail is bleeding!!!! She told me she'd be back with me in 5 minutes for my shine while the nails dried......instead, she began doing someone elses nails and in TEN minutes, when the dryer went off, she completely ignored me. I finally got up and walked out WITHOUT the shine. The manager wasn't in today so I have to wait until tomorrow to see about getting my money back. BTW...she had me pay her BEFORE she PAINTED THE TIPS WHITE......that should have been a red flag for me to stop right then and there. DONT GO HERE!!!

I have been to this location twice for gel application to my real nails.. I had decent service the first time, but the cost was more than I expected. As a result, I was very specific about what I wanted this time. Since I did not "add on" to the basic service, the tech gave me adequate service, but was rushed and not personable at all.I still tipped 20%, but was tempted to not tip at all. When I first got theere, I was told they would be right with me, and was assured "5 more minutes" several times. The wait was about 35 minutes.Since I did not request a seperate manicure, they did not even attempt to push the cuticles back or clean under the nails. I will not go to this salon ever again. I can get negetive vibes for free.
