I wish I could submit this via their website to ensure somebody got it, but I do not entirely trust the office staff to pass on the message if need be. I do love these apartments, except for the trash situation. It is disgusting. I have never seen trash constantly on the grounds of an apartment as I have here. I paid considerably less at a different place before, and they had several groundskeepers out everyday to make sure the place was clean. I am tempted to go back to them because this is just gross. Even if something is spilled or dropped on the stairs, it is there for weeks, if not months. There is no excuse for this place to have so much trash everywhere. It is worse than any place I have lived, and moving here, I really thought this was a nice place. I am embarrassed to have people over with how much trash and litter is on the grounds.

When we started renting the apartments, it was brand new and appeared okay. we were there for more than 2 years until lately. They hardly changed air filters once or twice despite our requests. When we requested to repair some minor problems ( like closet lights, blinders, balcony mesh, etc, they never paid attention.
