      Unnecessarily rude. Just wanted to know if my mower was ready and I got attitude because it had only been a week.

      Vinton is terrible under new owner. My mower has been there 3 weeks & they still haven't ordered the part. When I called to ask when it would be ready a lady named Jean hung up on me. Go anywhere else
