They do not ship there product out when they say they. Will and if you email them they do not respond its been almost 2 week's and they still haven't mailed my coil and cone. When you call there phone number it says they are not accepting customer care calls but they are still taking orders. But they still haven't shipped my order. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau now they are sending me emails blaming me for their mistakes you know. If you look them up on a better business bureau website I will post emails that they have sent me.
