I don't have enough space here to explain what folks should be on the lookout for here, but, with 25+ years experience with the office Jerry Fankhauser starrted and Hein is taking over, suffice it to say that we miss the "old staff" and processes. Dr. Hein is a nice enough fella but being nice in-person doesn't make up for discourteous staff and more importantly the lack of knowledgeable staff and professionalism. Sad to leave Fankhauser's office after 25 years. He was a good man and wonderful dentist.
