We purchased a used car from Buddy's and were told the car had "been through the shop and checked out." Two days after the purchase, the car began dying. After two shops, it now needs a new transmission... $2700 bill! We called and asked for half of the repair bill. They of course denied any knowledge of the car having a problem. But the shop found it overfilled with transmission fluid, and torque converter pieces in the pan.
