Provided by ThryvWe have been with this day care for so many years my sister then my son now my other son. They are caring and loving I call this place my kids second home since they are very concentrated and understanding. My kids love the teachers there and really understand your way of parenting and try to apply that. We love them and will continue to use them.

Provided by YP.comMy daughter has been with A Creative Start for four years. Her first few years at this day care were great. There were necessary changes that were made, which made the experience that much better. As of lately, the staff is very unprofessional. Everyday I drop my daughter with her shoes tied, I go back to pick her up and her shoes are always flopping off her feet. A teacher explained to me that my daughter doesn’t ask for anyone to tie her shoes!!!! Seriously....so disappointed that things have changed the way they have, but I’m completely fed up and looking for a new daycare! P.S. the 1 star rating is only because it was a requirement.

Provided by YP.comMy grand-daughter went to the facility on Lark. I would NOT recommend this daycare to my worst enemy! "Staff" changes quite a bit, they "hang out" rather than watch the kids and as for snacks, cookies, pudding and CRAP is what I saw!! She came home filthy everyday, stained clothes, dirty face. One star rating is way to much in my opinion! Sad excuse for a daycare! She is at a new daycare where she comes home clean, happy and well fed! BEWARE!!

Provided by YP.comI just started my newborn at ACSLC on Lark last week. The Director was very informative and answered all the questions I had and some I hadn't thought of. The infant teachers put my mind at ease when I left him there. I come in and nurse when I can, the teachers make the room private and as comfortable as possible. I truly recommend Lark!!!!

Provided by YPmobileThis center is not the best in my opinion. It seemed to be chaotic when I went in for a tour. I toured the entire center and in one of the classrooms the teacher had misspelled things that she had put on the walls. Most of the classrooms looked dirty as well. It felt to me, that they were doing the bare minimum to be legal. A lot of the teachers also seemed to be unhappy and honestly it seemed like it would be a very stressful work environment. If you are looking at centers, I would move past this one as it doesn't seem to be a good one.

Provided by YP.comWe are new to the area and have toured several centers around town. we have decided to go with A Creative Start Learning Center on Lark ST because of their friendly staff. the Director was so helpful she walked me through the center and the enrollment forms personally. the teachers greeted us with smiles and friendly faces. the talked with my children and made them feel welcome. I know that we have made the right choice for our family. they have a preschool program that we got to see in progress the teachers are helpful and encouraging. I can't wait to hear about their day, they are always so excited .

Provided by YP.comBoth of my children have been at the Lark Center for almost 3.5 years and they have learned soo much! My Oldest son just had his Kindergarten screening and he passed with flying colors. Both of my boys talk about their teachers and how much fun they have there. They also have memory books for the each of my boys that have pictures of what they have done throughout the years, their crafts, funny saying they have said, etc. I would highly recommed this Center!

Provided by YP.comThis daycare is horrible. They do not follow state regulations. State comes in at least once a week to investigate something. They do not follow a curriculum. Half of the teachers there do not know how to read or write.
