We have a trip to Mexico in a few weeks and I had just started tanning at home when I had to come out to MA for a week. I didnt want to skip a whole week and luckily found Wicked Tan.. everyone was super nice, place was clean, never a wait ( and you can reserve a bed ahead of time!!) Oh, never pressured into any purchases (unlike some salons that force $75 lotion onto you). I was able to do an unlimited week and left w a great base tan (upgraded bed).

Wow...harsh review on this salon. I have been there several times and not witnessed anything like what is described below. Very professional venue that is CLEAN...CLEAN...CLEAN.

Walking into here is like walking into a high school. The owners are completely fake and very unprofessional. You'll constantly find them making fun of people and being mean. Not to mention they use their business twitter account to harass and berate others involved in drama with their daughter.

Not sure where all these reviewers went? I will never go back. I got a 10 visit package and a very expensive lotion. I got no COLOR unless you count the orange from the bronzing lotion. If your costume for holloween is a pumpkin maybe this is for you, otherwise I'd stay out of Springfield. Also I noticed on Craigslist they have been for sale over 2 years!!!! I do not frequent business that will probably go under soon anyway.

I've been soooo extremely satisfied with the service and products in Wicked Tan!! This place is sparkling clean, friendly staff and they are knowledgable about the tanning industry. I can't imagine tanning anywhere else, why would you anyways.....the tan I got was amazing. Because the beds have new bulbs!!!! I love you guys at Wicked Tan, keep up the work!!!!

i just recently started tanning here, the staff is always friendly, sometimes a little too friendly. they are by far one of the cleanest salons ive ever been too, someones always vacuuming or cleaning. but overall, a good place and theyre beds are really strong and i always leave feeling really tan! the lotions are a little pricey but worth it!

after bouncing around to a few tanning salons in the area after hot spot closed...i'm so glad i found wicked! this place is unbelievably clean and the staff is so sweet and helpful. not to mention, i am tanner in a WEEK than i was any where else in MONTHS. this place is awesome. if you're not tanning here now you gotta check it outtttttttt

i recently started tanning here after the hot spot in ludlow closed. the salon is clean and bright, and the staff are very friendly. great customer service...great beds...and i am loving my color! very happy to have found wicked tan =)

Disappointing!! Classic example of how getting too big is bad. At first the employees were super nice and attentive so I was forgiving of the unattractive qualities. Now, they have apparently sold packages beyond their capacity and are unable to keep up with the demand they have created. Always a line, a wait, and an attitude from someone who doesnt want to deal with another customer.

Neat & tidy place, exceptional tanning beds but super annoying hours and frustrating customer service sometimes. The young chicks are chill and always pleasant,but the older lady has her moments. She thinks that people are unable to pick up on superiority complex which combined with the soccer mom hours are a real a buzz kill! Other than those superficial inconveniences, terrific tanning!!

went there for my first time tanning and they were very friendly, and helped me choose which bed, and how long to tan for. Really down to earth people. And not as expensive as I thought it would be and really clean!

i LOVE wicked tan! its always super clean, and the staff are wounderfull! never had a bad experiance and the prices are very reasonable compared to other salons!

It is def the best tanning salon in the area. They always change their bulbs. I have never gotten such great color as I do at Wicked. Friendly & helpful staff. I won't go anywhere else!!
