On a Sunday afternoon in Feeding Hills everything backed up and no one in the house could use any water at all. I called Roto-Rooter and set up an appointment for that day. It was easy, the person on the phone was polite professional and helpful. 20 minutes later a service tech named Sergey Melnik was at my door. He quickly assessed the issue, gave me a price, and proceeded to go to work. About a half hour later the water was running in the house and my wife was happy. Sergey was professional and a really nice guy. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend their services.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I discovered a flood going on in our basement the night of 3/26/15. We had a contractor come out the next morning and determined the water was coming up from the ground. I called Roto-Rooter the same day and within 2 hours Gary (777) and Dan (432) came out and assessed the situation. They spent the following hours installing a sum-pump. They worked until they finished the installation at 8pm that same day. They were professional and friendly that whole time. They did a wonderful job. They made a horrible situation a tad more manageable because of their hard work and positive attitude! Excellent job!!! We would recommend them anytime! Thank you for coming to our rescue!!!

Chelmsford, MA I requested a service call at 6 am and Technician Daniel D showed up at 8:45 am which was perfect. He was methodical in figuring out how to solve the drain issue.
