Sullivan and Associates, based in Springfield, Mass., provides individualized residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, interfering behaviors and mental health concerns. The organization provides residential and day programs and planned respite, emergency respite, outreach services and services for the hearing impaired. Every program is individualized and the institution provides support to hearing impaired and hard of hearing people with mental disabilities. The services include hearing impaired staff who communicates with the people and hearing staff who are fluent in American Sign Language. Sullivan and Associates is licensed by its principal purchasing agencies, the Department of Mental Retardation and the Department of Mental Health.
