      Founded in 1980, Corporation for Public Management is headquartered in Springfield, Mass., and operates a statewide welfare-to-work and supported work service. It provides residential, vocational and rehabilitative support services to developmentally disabled persons. The agency provides services to various people, including recipients of public assistance, physically and mentally challenged adults, at-risk youth, refugees seeking United States citizenship and people with special needs. Its offers programs, such as employment and job training, developmentally disabled, and youth and special outreach programs. It provides supported living services, which include programs to assist moderately mentally disabled persons facing incarceration in the absence of alternative treatment. It also offers community living arrangement and opportunities for older adults programs.
