No idea what the other reviewer is talking about. Parking lot was clean and very well secured with cameras. No feeling of danger or being robbed at all. Great selection of merchandise and even better prices! Staff was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. All around great place to shop. Highly recommend visiting them!

Spent 20 mins with owner & trainee unable to authenticate Legit Tiffany bracelet paid $495 new offered me $5 on 1948 Rolex stainless they were unable to authenticate so told me to sell it to retail shop so I did for $1k cash! Wouldn't bring these rude uneducated clowns an iPod to sell. Honestly, don't waste your time

Had a great experience at this place. Took in some old stereo equipment I didn't want and was payed more than I expected. Employees were very helpful and courteous. Was recommend to me by a friend who thought she had costume jewelry and they went through it all and found a ton of real stuff!!!

I have shopped there several times and even stopped by again today with my wife. I thought the place was just fine, each employee seemed to be knowledgeable and courteous. As far as the parking lot, it was spacious clean, well laid out and plenty of spaces clearly marked. I didn't feel at all like I was in imminent danger of being carjacked as a previous commenter had posted before.

Was recommended by a family member to go sell my gold to Monster Pawn, but the employees were so rude, I never took it out of my pocket. I took it to the Gold Center, where I was greeted pleasantly.

An angry employee made our first trip in Monster Pawn not feel very safe. He was very sarcastic and aggressive.

bad neighborhoods to drive through ,let alone park and get out with valuables ,it's like hey carjacked me please !
