He refuses to answer my calls he sent a text message saying him and his partner were both out sick and rather then hold us up he would refund our money .its been a month no check . Long enough for another tv guy to order a new bulb come out and replace it the tv works fine all it needed was a new bulb just like I thought.
I have a projection tv that needed a new bulb because the one I had was dim. They came out and said it wasn't the bulb they would have to take my tv in it would cost about 250 The day they were supposed to come out . We called and called , we received a message saying him and his right hand were out sick and they didn't want to hold us up we should call someone else. They would refund our 65 still waiting about a month
I have had several sets repaired by Hal. Excellent service. Came out to my home and made the repairs right there. Best Buy in Rogers recommended him to me. Can't say enough about the great personal service. Highly recommended. Stephen Edwards, Rogers
