My child attended this daycare for a short period of time and I was very dissatisfied with the experience. My son was transported in a private vehicle without my knowledge or permission, without the use of his car seat, which I had provided. At this time, my son was not over four years and 40 pounds, therefore transporting him without a car seat was illegal. My son was injured once and that was never reported to me by the staff. Also, I was quoted different prices for services several times and billed incorrectly several times. When I enrolled my son I was given three different rates for service, including one where the owner contacted me at home after I had signed a contract to tell me that I would be charged twice as much. The last straw was when the owner refused to explain the convoluted billing rates and how my rate had been determined. I have never received such unprofessional service and would be scared to leave my child with them again. I would skip this one.
