Located in Spring Valley, N.Y., the center serves more than 5,000 senior citizens annually. It offers a wide variety of services, such as 24-hour skilled nursing care, physician services, personal care, language, speech, respiratory, occupational and physical therapies, diet counseling, social work and pharmacy services, and dentistry solutions. Pine Valley s transitional care center provides orthopedic, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, intravenous therapy, joint replacement and post-surgical recovery, nutritional services, and recreation activities. Additionally, the center offers Alzheimer's disease and related dementia care, hospice solutions, pastoral care and home health aides.
