I went in January 30, 2015 to sell some clothes. I came a week earlier but I was told they were too busy to count the clothes. I have shopped in this store several times. But I have never inquired (in detail) about bringing clothes in. I brought clothes in a bag. There was one lady so rude. She immediately took the clothes from me (before I had a chance to be given the contract and read it). Next thing I know I am being scolded (like a child) that the clothes were not on a hanger. Which obviously they were in gym like bag. Then she said the clothes were "worn". Well the definition of worn is "shabby, frayed, ragged". NONE of the clothes looked like that. She was upset (with me) that I brought in clothes that were worn by another person before. Wow go figure, in a resale store, previously owned clothes.

She continued to scold me and tell me they were unacceptable. NONE of the clothes had holes, stains, or frayed edges. They (the clothes) were not on hangers. HMMMM, but the lady could not inform me of this when I walked into the store. I guess she felt she had to scold a person "like myself".

I ended up taking the clothes (boys clothes at that; which are hard to find) to another store. That store was so helpful when I called. I did not mention this store when I asked questions and shared what just occurred.

When I arrived that the (new) store they were so helpful. I did not say who I was. They explained that the clothes needed to be flat. They were very kind.

I would not recommend the Walk In Closet.

They seemed to get a kick out of scolding adults. Also they always have a 50-60% sale.

So the items are purposely marked in such a way to play with your mind thinking you are getting a sale.

this is a nice looking boutique, I went there for the first time after getting a check from the location I normally consign at for $98, even though its so far from my house, I love the staff, I found so much great deals, and wow the selection is so awesome

This place has some great deals especially when they do 75percent off....you can seriously get clothes for 1 or two dollars.

Beware I was due a check this month. I had already gone by to see how much it was going to be. Went on the day if pick ups and was informed I didn't have a check coming till the next month. Have called owner 3 times and sent 2 emails and no response !!!
