Very disappointed with this title company. They tried to reschedule our closing several times due to not being ready. They told me then would send me a copy of all signed loan documents after the seller signed them, and we never received them. When I called to follow up they stated they only have a few documents now as the rest went back to the lender and now they can't get me a copy of any of those. Very upset with the process. No one at the office seemed to be on top of things, everything seemed to fall thru the cracks and they kept placing blame on others. (When I knew that was not the case) (PS I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years)
