We are very satisfied with the professional service Rob has provided with our camera system. His knowledge and expertise guided Us to select the proper cameras and recorder to best suit our needs/wants. Each camera location was discussed and placed to maximize the security area. Rob spent time teaching my husband and I how to use the system and options our system provides.
Also, he checked back in with us to see if we had any issues or concerns. Great customer service. What a great piece of mind we have since the security was completed.

We ,Pasco Horsemans Association contacted Rob on Feb 13th , after he was referred to us by a member. PHA had suffered a fire a few months back and lost everything. However ,we had a very important benefit coming up for a young girl that was paralyzed in a car accident in Dec. It was a HUGE job and he worked tirelessly on it to have it ready in time . After giving us a very good price on all the equipment and we needed everything , imcluding digging and laying pipe for not one but two arenas. He only had a week and to get it all together. Rob made a miracle happen with all his hard work. Everything was perfect . We have the best sounding arenas around now . We can never thank you enough for making that happen. We contacted Rob to come to our church to evaluate our sound system. We have fairly good equipment, but the sound quality has been lacking. We expected Rob to be there for an hour or so to give some advise based on his observations. Instead, he dove right in headfirst, seeing several things that needed attention. He took it upon himself to reset, test, and reconfigure the entire setup with no regard for time and with a clear purpose to extract the best performance from the gear we had. His efforts paid off immeasurably. Our worship service on Sunday was incredible, from the clarity of the Pastor during his message to the mix of instruments and vocals from the band. When it is time to upgrade our present system, there will be no other choice than Real Productions for our audio (or video). Rob was truly an unexpected blessing!

I knew Rob 16 years ago when he set up my sound system after a company went out of business. He completed their work when I was in a bind. After a fire recently destroyed my house, I called Rob to redo a new complete audio/video/security system. He worked at every level of construction tirelessly with an amazingl level of professionalism. The final results were excellent and far beyond my expectations. Rob with Real Production has been taking care of our Sound System, Home Theater Sound, Surround Sound for the last twelve (12) years. We told him that we couldn't work with 3 or 4 remotes to operate all of our equipment. In comes Rob, with the Harmony 650, programs it on the computer and as easy as one, two, three, We are down to one remote for VCR, DVD, Brighthouse Cable. Rob is a godsend and full of technical knowledge that helps us regular people be able to work with the remote. Can't really say how much it mean to us to be able to press a button or two to get anything we want. Where has he been all of our life! Thank you, Rob for all your patience you have for regular people. I even need help getting this to submit.

Wonderful is the best word to describe Real Productions! They designed both audio and video systems for our new facility...and the outcome is nothing short of fantastic! Rich, full, and clear sounds permeates our facility and even greets patients as they arrive. The video displays of which there are 14 throughout the office are crisp, clear and support multiple input sources for viewing of different materials at different locations! It is my pleasure to write a review for Rob and his staff at Real productions. My name is Wackie Jackie Z. and I host the Polka Party Express on 88.5fm, WMNF. On 1-16-1-2010 we WMNF hosted the first WMNF Accordion Jam Fest and it was a huge success.One of the main reasons was the excellent sound quality that Real productions produced. I always want to say that Rob was the easiest fellow to work with. Accordions are not the easiest things to mic but Rob did a fantastic job. In addition, we have to move things around on stage many times and Real Productions was right there making it happen and did it happily.
