McDonald's remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC's guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. Visited around noon on Thursday, October 3, 2013. Very clean and modern. Almost artistic. So different from my usual McDonald's experience that I took the time to add it to the listings so I could write about it. Instead of the usual plopping your food on a tray and wordlessly shoving it toward you, the server held the tray and announced "Serving customer 412." Which was the number of the receipt in my hand. Very clean and efficient.

Stopped at McDonalds in Spring Grove, IL on Friday night 09-27-13 around 11:40 pm.. Placed and order. 2 cheeseburger meal and 3 hamburgers only pickle.. Waited at least 10 mins for order, cheese was not melted and burgers were luke warm (there were 3 employees trying to figure out how to make the burgers, no lie)! We sat down to eat and my burgers were made with everything on them! They remade the burgers with only pickles, which was not quick and we re finishing eating. At 12:02 the manager walks by and says "just so you know, we closed at 12:00!! Worst experience at McDonalds. And the place was filthy! I have been hearing nothing but bad reviews from this McDonalds since they opened! Why is this?? What is up with the employees and bad management at rhe new spring grove, IL location!
