I have had a miserable experience with this company, and I am not the only one. Our home builder has worked with this company for years, and said that nothing they do works right.



I am going to choose a different company to work with immediately. They do not know what they are doing, and are very poorly managed. We spend a LOT of money with them, and have a system that needs constant resetting, and DI won't fix anything without charging for the work. Isn't that the definitely on a con?



I'll be reporting to the BBB next. Hopefully I'm not the only one. This company doesn't deserve to do work for trusting customers.



Beware! Ask them for at least 5 client referrals if they brainwash you into using them, I bet they don't even have a single satisfied customer.



It's sad, really. I really feel duped with them...

Beware these guys scam you into giving them a 500.00 deposit to "design your Home". They show you a fabulous set of professional llooking prints that they will work up for you as "yours to Keep if you don't use us" fact is.500.00 buys you a quote on their letterhead.



The Sales Manager scammed us out of $500.00 and refuses to refund our money or provide the drawings as promissed.



After the quote was presented I asked for my drawings and was told "we will work those up before we start". NOT THE DEAL. These guys are dishonest and took 500.00 for a product which they did not deliver durring the rebuild of our house that was distroyed by Fire.DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME SCAM I DID! I folishly trusted them, Beware!!!
