Spring City Care & Rehabilitation Center, operated and managed by the Home Quality Management, offers nursing care and rehabilitation services to patients. The amenities offered by the center include a 24-hour pharmacy, beauty salon and barbershop, infrared therapy center and cafeteria. The rehabilitation services offered by the center include physical, occupational, and speech therapies; skilled and intermediate care; restorative and respiratory therapy. It also has a separate wing for patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments and physically disabilities. The additional services offered by the center include wound and pain management; hospice and respite care; nutritional planning and counseling; dental and ophthalmology services.
