Currently ripping people off in Helotes at Pumpkin Patch Festival! Rude to children and adults!! No clue what customer service is!

I attended an event held by a cell phone company and experienced the worst customer service ever by the OWNER! I came back after I saw they had ponys there for my 2yr old son to see for the 1st time.We were next and another lady claimed she already paid so we waited again. As we waited I took him over to see the other ponys that were tied up and went to take a pic with my cell. I was YELLED at and told I have to pay. I told him I was paying for the pony ride and was waiting.He blocked me from the pony! I had witness everyone else doing this.I was so taken back at this point that he treated me this way infront of everyone.I guess he doesnt take into reflection how a child feels and that in his line of work he should focus on making his customers happy and kids an unforgettable experience. This is the greediest company I have ever dealt with. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this.
