I wish the downtown csl office would have the morning employees from this place. The only reason I went back downtown was it takes forever in the mornings here. I'm used to being in the doors at 6:45 and in a bed and stuck by 7 and out by 7:30 But here you're in at 7:05 if you're lucky, the people who work up front are generally rude and cold to everyone. Then there's only one to two people processing. It was normally 7:30 to 7:45 before I got a bed and they don't do crossovers. However I would gladly rather have the openers and everyone working til 8 a.m. ( minus the people processing ) at CSL. I had someone over weight woman processing me and squeezing my arms and left claw marks in my arm. Then almost deferred me because of her scratches. She said that was normal to do and having donated at multiple plasma centers it wasn't. Rudest and worst experience of my life.

Took someone to donate blood the staff was very helpful! Made the experience plesant had a comedy on the tv the waiting room I sat in waiting for 3 hrs was quiet and every thing flowed smoothly. The person I took found the staff in the donation room polite and helpful and she we be going back. Good job Octapharma!

Never have I been treated like chattel until octapharma plasma. They treat the people coming in too briskly and they talk extremely fast as they say the same thing so many times they now speak by rote. The waiting room is very loud, unwelcoming, with horror movies playing on tv. There were people smoking weed in the parking lot. I was very uncomfortable and when I spoke to a nurse type person about it she spoke down to me and became rude. The staff do not even wear name tags so you can't report them. Will never go back to them and highly recommend you don't either.
